Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. However, delays may occur.
Returns & Refunds

Returns: Due to the handmade nature of our rugs, we do not accept returns. Please review all product details carefully before purchasing.

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. In some cases, we may issue a partial refund.

Lost Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please check with your local post office and/or file a claim with the carrier. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost packages.
