When will I get my order?

Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. However, days may occur.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship within the U.S. only.

What is your return policy?

Due to the handmade nature of our rugs, we do not accept returns.

How do I request a refund?

We may issue a partial refund if your product arrives damaged. If this is the case, we may ask you to provide photographic proof of the damage. Unfortunately, we can't make returns or refund lost items.
